If you registered using your phone number, the card can be replaced and all points transferred to a new card. Ask your cashier to replace your card. The lost or stolen card will become void. Simply log into your account, then visit the Points Self-Registration page. You will need the receipt from your order either Jersey Mike's ticket, or 3rd Party vendor's. Follow the instructions and enter in the required information to get your points.

This issue knocked down my rating today from 4 to 3 because I realize again I forgot to customize. When you cut the sandwich in half you double the chance of the guts falling out. Next- I order to go Welp deal?? I was planning on ordering for a party too.

Each time the order was wrong when I got home. I keep reaching out to customer service but no one wants to get back to me. The meat is either too much or not enough. And why is it when I correct an employee on how I want my sub am I getting an attitude.

Makes me want to buy these locations just to get them in check myself!
