I love the service, but hate the app. It's the slowest app I've ever used on macOS—and this is on a 1-year-old computer with and without hardware acceleration turned on.

I give the app two stars because it has so many features you can't find on the horrible web player. But I really wish we'd see a complete rewrite using actual Apple HUD elements instead of a slap-dash port of the Windows code.
